Join us for a practical workshop bringing people together from across government departments to learn, network and share best practice in management skills.
We’ll be covering topics such as:
- how to improve engagement within your team
- getting the best out of performance management
- dealing with challenging behaviour
- reward and recognition
The workshop will include interactive group discussions, helpful scenarios and case studies, and there will be expert advice on hand from workplace relations experts Acas who will be offering top tips and advice on best practice.
The event is open to all civil servants who manage staff or work in the field of HR, but may be particularly useful to those in grades EO-SEO.
