A Civil Service Apprenticeship is one of the many great stories that were told during this year's National Apprenticeship Week - read more in the links below the article.
But now this exciting Apprenticeship is a great alternative to full-time education for people aged 16 or over - and the closing date has been extended to Friday 10 April.
It takes 12 - 18 months to complete, and could lead to a permanent job in the Civil Service.
The Civil Service Operational Delivery Profession is looking for talented young people who:
- have great customer service skills and a grip on the technology our customers use to interact with us
- are flexible and can adapt as the Civil Service and customers’ needs change
- are happy to develop your skills while working to deadlines under pressure in a full-time job.
Details of how to apply by Friday 10 April 2015 are at: https://www.gov.uk/civil-service-apprenticeships.
