Discover and join the Leadership Roadshow

Featured Image LeadershipWe are pleased to be hosting a series of 2 hour sessions, led by the Cabinet Office Collective Leadership Team, at various locations across the country.

A Permanent Secretary or another senior civil servant will be leading each event and the theme will be centred around the Leadership Statement, what it means to you now and what it will mean in the future.

You will be able to find out what is expected of leaders at all grades throughout the Civil Service and at most events learn about the refreshed Talent Action Plan and championing difference, led by the cross Civil Service Diversity and Inclusion Team. The interactive parts of the workshop will give you an understanding of what this means for your team as well as yourself; and identify what you can do to help make the Statement and refreshed Talent Action Plan a reality. Some events will include a presentation of the Civil Service Story.

Come prepared, by reading the leadership statement on the GOV.UK website or if you have a little more time follow the links to the blogs, documents and guidance at the bottom of this page.
