The Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is running a 5 day course called LifeWorks that is designed to equip ex-armed forces personnel with the tools they need to get into and maintain a civilian job.
Available to anyone who has been in the armed forces, regardless of when they served and how long they served for, the course consists of 3 main elements - vocational assessment, coaching for change and employment skills.
RBLI is looking for volunteers to help with the employment element by carrying out mock interviews with the delegates. Volunteers will be provided with a job description, a CV and some generic interview questions for the interviewee before the event.
