Grand National 'Autism Initiatives' collection drive

Civil Servants in our region are being offered a wonderful opportunity to help raise money for a local charity that supports autistic people and their families right here in Merseyside.

Bootle-based charity, Autism Initiatives, are looking for civil service volunteers to help with their ambitious charity collection drive during this year's Grand National weekend. We need people to help us on April 6th, 7th and 8th, 2017.

This initiative is being organised in partnership with Merseyrail, so there will be opportunities to get involved at a number of local railway stations on those dates. (Subject to trains running as planned.)

We'd be very grateful if you could share this message with your colleagues through your local communication channels. We hope to recruit as many volunteers as possible to fully represent the wide range of departments that work in Merseyside and to help us collect at a number of locations on the Merseyrail network. It should prove to be a lot of fun and a great chance to network.
