The Wellbeing Network for Civil Service Local Midlands is running its first Wellbeing Flourish Festival in Birmingham.

Join us on 19 June and learn how to improve your work-life balance and find a healthier and happier you.

We will have two sessions on the day. At each session you can hear talks from the following:

  • The Charity for Civil Servants
  • Thrive at Work, a pioneering programme providing guidelines on creating a workplace that promotes employee health and wellbeing. Learn about their resources toolkit, how to raise awareness and take action to improve employee health and wellbeing The toolkit includes a health needs assessment template which employers can apply to their organisation to determine which areas of Thrive at Work are most pertinent to them
  • This Is Me, a campaign providing employers with the tools to change cultures around mental health. Discover how this storytelling concept can support behaviour change within organisations

There will be activities such as chairobics, laughter yoga and mindfulness for you to join in.

Don't miss our expo room where exhibitors will be showcasing lots of initiatives and support available to improve wellbeing.

Whether you want to find the right food to eat, learn more about men's health, the menopause or your perfect mindfulness exercise there will be something to help improve your wellbeing.

Places are limited. To book a place choose your preferred time below and also reserve places for the talks and activities.

9:30am to 12:30pm

1:30pm to 4:30pm

This event will also be supporting The Red Box Project with collection boxes available on the day.
