CS Local will be running a Future Leaders' Academy for Civil Servants based in the Midlands. The Academy programme is aimed at potential managers and leaders in administrative grades and first line manager roles (AA to EO grade).

We are offering an opportunity for people with experience of management and facilitating groups to support the programme as facilitators and project coaches. A description of the facilitator role can be found here and the coach role here.

The Academy made the headlines in Civil Service News with this article about the ability to inspire and motivate delegates.

If you are interested in either position and would like an expression of interest form please email CS Local Midlands indicating which role you are interested in.

Closing date is COP Friday 12 July 2019.

Sorry about the links not working. Hopefully they now work for all departments.

For the Facilitators and Coaches opportunities for the Future Leaders' Academy for Civil Servants based in the Midlands or in the other regions/ localities be advertised on CS Jobs so it reaches a wider civil Service audience in the Midlands or for the other regions/ localities. This would aid in highlighting the work that is carried out by Civil Service Local nationally and Civil Service Local regions/Localities. It may also impact on the following: open up more; hosting departmental sites/venues for events, delegates attending discovery sessions and expanding networks. Ultimately publicising to other departments that CS Local have limited expansion or yet to expand into.

Thank you for your suggestion, certainly something we can consider in the future.
