The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have a number of opportunities to observe prosecutions in the Magistrates Courts around the south east. Initially there are opportunities to attend with the prosecuting inspector on the following dates and locations:
23 October - Maidstone Magistrates Court
18 November - Canterbury Magistrates Court.
These dates are subject to change at short notice due to the way the courts work.
All travel and subsistence will have to be paid by the individual's home department.
