You asked, we listened: the Continuous Improvement (CI) Network's Voice of the Customer survey identified topics of interest to you. We have used that insight to develop a series of engaging Lunch and Learn sessions, taking a closer look at some key CI techniques.
We are pleased to bring you two dates for Introduction to Parliament courses, being delivered by the Parliamentary Capability Team in Cabinet Office. These are open to any UK civil servant and particularly useful for those new to the Civil Service or new to learning about Parliament.

We will be launching our next Reach programme on 21 September 2021. The CS Local North West Reach programmes are for AA, AO, EO or HEO part time and/or term time workers and are designed to help encourage staff to reach their full potential.
