Simon How, a Dementia Friends Champion, will be holding a short discovery session at Eastbrook, Shaftesbury Road, Cambridge on Tuesday 17 March.
He will be talking about the work of Dementia Friends and helping you understand a bit more about dementia and the small things that you can do to help people with the condition. Already there are 850,000 people in the UK living with dementia, with potential numbers estimated to reach 2 million by 2051 - so it is crucial that we start to build dementia-friendly communities now.
This session will take place at 12 midday until 1pm on Tuesday 17 March and if you would like to attend, please email Bryn Probert - places are limited so don't miss out.
