The North West Engagement network met for the first time this week (June 8). With representation from 8 departments, the future is looking rosy for the latest cross-government group.
Engaging our people can be a struggle for us all. The CS Local NW Engagement Network is planning to look for innovative ways of tackling the challenge. The network is aimed at people who work in the area of engagement and HR (rather than all line managers) and will be identifying issues common to all of our government departments.
By identifying common drivers and by sharing what works (and what doesn’t) the group hopes to identify ways of improving engagement across the north west of England.
