We are starting a new and exciting primary school programme which needs your help. It is a worthwhile project that aims to inspire primary school pupils into thinking about work in a positive way.
We need volunteers who are willing to go out to schools to give an inspirational talk about work, your work: anything you can devise to motivate and inspire.
Apart from helping the individuals and society in general, you will have the opportunity to develop new or refine existing skills and competences. You will also have the opportunity to give your presentation to the pupils and represent the Civil Service.
This is your chance to inspire and motivate those who represent our future.
Salma Joosub, our programme lead, is currently looking for schools who want to take us up on this offer and we will also be putting together some guidelines to help you prepare your presentation. Now all we need are some volunteers we can match to schools to make things happen.
So if you are interested, please contact Sophie our business co-ordinator and we will be in touch. Her e-mail address is: sophie.bolton@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk
