We are offering the opportunity to attend a Discovery Session to find out more about the Operational Delivery Profession (ODP) and how they can help you develop your skills.
The ODP makes sure that people get the services and protection they need in the UK and abroad. They are a large and diverse group, making up 70% of the Civil Service. The service they provide include paying benefits and pensions, running employment services, staffing prisons, bringing in tax, issuing driving licenses and much more. ODP also has learning, qualifications and opportunities to help you develop your skills and help your career take off.
The session will give an overview of the opportunities ODP can offer, including:
Continuing Professional Development for all of the learning, qualifications and resources you need.
Talent Management which can provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills by working in another part of the profession or another department.
Qualifications to recognise the skills you already have and to help develop new ones.
