LifeWorks logoLifeWorks is a 5 day course run by Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI).  It is designed to equip ex-armed forces personnel with the tools they need to get into and maintain a civilian job.  It is available to anyone who has been in the armed forces, regardless of when they served and how long they served for.

There are 3 main elements to the course- vocational assessment, coaching for change and employment skills.  It is for the employment skills element that your help is needed.

RBLI is looking for business managers to carry out mock interviews with the delegates.  A CV, job description and a list of pick and mix questions, together with a resume of the interviewee will be sent to any volunteer before taking part so you won't be going in cold.
