Inclusion in a modern world

2 masks 1 has words lost, abandoned, alone the other welcomed, included, accepted

If you ask 10 different civil servants for their definition of what makes an inclusive workplace you will probably get 10 different answers and that is good because we are all individuals with differing backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles and ideas. You may also get 10 different views on how inclusive the Civil Service is. Not good!

As an organisation we have the ambitious aim of making the Civil Service the UK’s most inclusive employer by next year. We've many networks and people doing some fantastic work to help make this happen but perhaps you haven't yet been involved or heard about what they do?

CS Local East, South East and London Inclusion Network are running an event ‘Inclusion in the modern world’, a mix of market stalls showcasing different networks with time for networking and  a chance to hear from speakers sharing their personal stories.

Come along to join the conversation, be motivated and inspired and hopefully take away at least one idea to make your workplace truly inclusive!

When: Wednesday 13 February 10:00 to 14:00

Where: Nova South, 160 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5LB

Book your place on Eventbrite.

If you have any queries about this event or getting involved with the CS Local ESEL Inclusion Network contact us.
