The CS Local Academy is an exciting opportunity for civil servants from different government departments to come together and discover skills they never knew they had!
On days 1 to 4 delegates attend a residential course where they work together in teams to develop their personal and collective skills.
On days 5 to 365 the teams embark on a challenging journey to deliver a business focused project of their choice.
At the 2014 West Midlands Academy the Power Rangers team chose Interconnect as its project. Claire Tomlinson of HM Courts and Tribunals Service writes about the team's experience over the past 11 months.
