A team from the East Midlands Academy 2015 would like to introduce a resource package designed to ensure you, as a manager, can encourage your staff to be absorbed and enthusiastic about their work and that of their organisation.
This is a free package including a variety of activities that are ideal to break the ice and increase staff involvement at a variety of meeting sizes.
The exercises are designed to give teams and employees a boost and encourage positive working attitudes.

Employee engagement is more than just a measurement or a title and there is no magic fix. An engaged employee is one who is fully committed to their organisation goals and values and are motivated to contribute to organisational success.
