HMRC in Worthing, West Sussex are hosting a ‘discovery day’ on Tuesday 24 January, a chance to find out about the various government departments based in the area. There will be a market-stall event open to all civil servants in the area to come along and find out more. Government departments already confirmed to be in attendance include HMRC, DWP, HM Courts and Tribunal Service, HM Prison Service and many more.
As part of the day's activities, Civil Service Local will be holding an Awareness Session (including a strong focus on volunteering) that is open to all at 10.30am - 11.30am, and a Secure that Job workshop (limited places) in the afternoon 1pm - 3pm.
The event takes place at Durrington Bridge House, Barrington Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 4SE from 10am to 3pm.
