We are holding a learning event in Swansea called 'Career Paths Across the Nation' for civil servants at AA, AO or EO grade from any department.

It is designed to inspire staff to be the best they can be and will be delivered by local senior leaders who will cover:

  • their career path - departments, locations and grades
  • overcoming challenges, setbacks & resilience
  • utilising personal networks
  • managing change and uncertainty
  • successes/achievements - most memorable piece of learning

Career Paths Across the Nation is based around the The Civil Service Vision which encourages departments to be connected and innovative, promoting the Civil Service as a great place to work. Attendees will have the opportunity to mix with people from different departments, providing the potential to explore and maximise people connections and their impact.

When: 24 April 2019
Where: DVLA, The Richard Ley Development Centre, Upper Forest Way, Swansea, SA7 OAN

Time : 10:30am to 1pm
