Come and join our upcoming Civil Service Local discovery session aimed at enabling female civil servants to make informed choices about senior roles in the digital and IT field.
The 90 minute session is intended for women at G7, G6 and SCS, and will include a mixture of presentation, personal stories, Q and A and plenary discussion.
Senior roles with the digital and technological space still tend to be overwhelmingly filled by men, and this event will help attendees to
- understand the skills needed to be effective in this field
- build their confidence to encourage more female applicants
- dispel myths about the sector
This informal event will be delivered by colleagues working in Digital, Data and Technology Services, Defra. Places are limited so please book early to secure your place.
