During the coronavirus outbreak instances of domestic abuse increased. The aim of this event is to help attendees recognise the signs of domestic abuse and to increase awareness of the support organisations available.

In this informative session, Sergeant Gavin Curtis of the Army Welfare Services will give an insight into the types of domestic abuse and patterns of behaviour which lead to this type of abuse.

Sergeant Curtis will also describe the barriers to seeking help and give valuable information on the support services available.

This hour-long session is open to all grades but may be of particular interest to line managers.
