Scotland Engagement and Culture Network would like to invite you to join us in an informative and interactive discovery session focussing on how Covid has impacted workplace culture.
Whether you have a formal engagement role or are just passionate about improving engagement we would like you to join us.
This event is an opportunity to hear network members from Insolvency Service, Cabinet Office, Ministry of Defence, Social Security Scotland. Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs talk about what is taking place across their departments to support our colleagues and to find out how the impact of COVID is changing our workplace culture across the Civil Service.
As well as listening to your colleagues discuss topics linked to engagement and culture, there will be opportunities to discuss what future working practises will look like and you will have a platform to share your experience, expertise and ideas on how together we can meet the engagement challenges and opportunities facing us.
Our full agenda for the session includes
