Our North West wellbeing network would like to invite civil servants in the North West to take part in wellbeing events, running from 29 June to 22 July.

Sessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you have your line manager's permission to attend and use your work email address to register for the sessions you wish to join, using the links below.

29 June 11am to 11:45am - re-establishing work-life balance - this session will explain how to measure and assess your own work-life balance upon transitioning from working from home to working in the office.  Re-establishing work-life balance

30 June 11am to midday - understanding anxiety - the head of wellbeing services and anxiety UK will discuss what anxiety is, and how it affects us in a post-lockdown world.  Understanding anxiety

1 July 11am to midday - care for carers - find out what financial, wellbeing and specific support there is for carers via The Charity for Civil Servants. Care for carers

6 July 2pm to 2.45pm - re-establishing work-life balance - an overview of what work-life balance is and how to measure it.  Re-establishing work-life balance

 7 July 12pm to 12:45pm - moving into the new normal - are you anxious about moving into the new normal, having increased social interactions in your personal and professional life?  Moving into the new normal

8 July 5:30pm to 6:30pm - care for carers - find out what financial, wellbeing and specific support there is for carers via The Charity for Civil Servants. Care for carers

14 July 1pm to 2pm - what is sleep, why is it important, why does it go wrong? - what is sleep, why is it important, why does it go wrong, and how can Sleepstation help you get it back. Sleepstation

15 July 11am to 11:45am - moving into the new normal - are you anxious about moving into the new normal, having increased social interactions in your personal and professional life? Moving into the new normal

20 July 1pm to 2pm - mental health awareness - gain an understanding of the different types of mental health conditions and related treatments and how to recognise if someone needs support. Mental health awareness

22 July 2pm to 3pm - improving our resilience - resilience, understand what it is and assess your own & teams resilience levels and identify ways we can start or continue to manage and build our resilienceImproving our resilience

    Hi,

    Just a question, if this is all on teams, why not offer participation and promote across CS Local teams nationally, and take advantage of local expertise?
