You will remember our recent article on the Family Fun Day we held at Edge Hill University raising money for our local hospices. Well today we were proud to present a cheque of £275 to Trinity Hospice in Blackpool.

But today, wasn't just about presenting them with a cheque, it was also the first of a series of sessions we have organised to help support the patients, their families and friends. It's called the GAP project and in a nutshell we provide practical information and advise about various government services right to their doorstep. We have a number of representatives from a variety of government departments holding group discussions, one to one support or whatever is needed.
It's a great opportunity to support our more vulnerable customers and indeed one of the patients was very kind and told us:
Very happy with the service, the team were very helpful and polite
A great day, a great cause!! Watch out for the full report due in the next few weeks.
