The Exchange to Change programme offers a chance for civil servants in the north west of England to exchange skills, knowledge and expertise with colleagues in other departments. It's an easy way to increase our flexibility as civil servants and bring back something new to the workpace.
The programme is aimed at all civil servants up to the Senior Executive Officer grade or equivalent in the north west. There are a range of development opportunities lasting up to five days.
