Performance Management and Employee Engagement

Posted by: , Posted on: - Categories: East, South East & London

The original principle of performance management was to help improve engagement and subsequently productivity. But instead, it is often seen as a tickbox exercise and fails to return suitable benefits compared to the amount of time that is invested in the process.

As part of this workshop we will be looking at some of the latest research into the topic, and looking at what is it that helps to make some performance management experiences more engaging than others.

As with all our workshops, this will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunity to learn and ask questions and also to share best practice amongst the group.

By the end of the workshop, we want the attendees to be leaving with some practical actions that they could implement to help make performance management more engaging.

Whether you are just starting your journey on engagement, or you are a seasoned professional, all are welcome!
