We have received a fantastic response from delegates and mentors seeking to take part in the CS Local North East, Yorkshire and the Humber Academy. The programme is aimed at potential managers and leaders in administrative grades and first time manager roles.
A key part of the programme is pairing participants with a mentor from another government department to help them to make the most of their learning and development. Participants on the programme will be from departments across the Civil Service in North East and Yorkshire and the Humber.
We are looking to extend the number of places on the programme and so have a few more opportunities for additional mentors.
