This learning event has been designed by a team of staff from different departments, who took part in our future leaders Academy.
The Garnett Foundation will talk about ways to deal with poor performance and conflict in your team. They will do this in a very interactive way using live drama-based training involving professional actors, writers, directors and facilitators whose various backgrounds add depth and integrity to everything they do. During the day you will also hear some inspiring talks from Senior Leaders in the Civil Service about how they have dealt with poor performance and handled conflict.
