Leading in a continuous improvement environment

Posted by: , Posted on: - Categories: A National Spotlight

Land Registry building in LeicesterIf you are a continuous improvement leader working in government, come to our next continuous improvement event at HM Land Registry, Leicester Office. This cross-government event will provide opportunities to network with continuous improvement leaders across various government departments and contribute to the conversation about establishing a continuous improvement culture through building a collective leadership. Please register for your free place here.

The focus of this event is leadership in continuous improvement, drawn from themes identified at last year’s conference. The interactive and engaging sessions are designed to create shared knowledge, inspire discussion on continuing to establish a strong network of continuous improvement leaders across the Civil Service, and develop a common maturity matrix.

By the end of the day you will have participated in creating shared knowledge, made valuable connections, and heard from leaders in government continuous improvement such as Dr Sanjay Bhasin of HM Prison and Probation Service and Stefan Snowdon of Ofsted.

We look forward to meeting you on 12 November.
