CS Local can provide development opportunities for Civil Service colleagues to work on a variety of projects in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. These include getting involved in the next Future Leaders Academy (AA-EO), Middle Managers Academy (HEO - SEO) and our Civil Service Connect events. These opportunities will be in addition to your day job and will provide you with a stretch of your time management, leadership and project management skills. People get involved in all manners of ways from part time secondments, half a day a week to supporting on the day at events.
You will hear from CS Local coordinators Tammy Baillie and KimAnn Williamson who represent Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. How our new business plan feeds into Leadership in Action and Shaping our Future and how you could fit into the bigger picture. We have also invited a few colleagues who have had an opportunity to deliver projects for CS Local along to talk about their experience.
