I think this is a really brilliant exercise but is there any intention to roll this out nationally or perhaps utilise Lync for the process? A trip to London for a 30 minute appointment would probably not be allowed for some people.

This is the first session we are trying out but the intention is we will develop and share the idea with colleagues in other regions for them to use
