Across the Civil Service there are lots of people leading on attendance management, so we are looking to set up a regional CS Local Attendance Management Network. The aim is, that as a cross-government network in our area, you can focus on the common topic of attendance management to share best practice and come up with improvement ideas. If you’ve got successes you want to share with the wider Civil Service, or if you’d like to ‘steal with pride’ from others, you’d be more than welcome to come along.
