Charity for Civil servants are working on this however, other staff members from DWP have been able to register for events, if you continue to have difficulties could you please attempt using your own devices rather than your departmental IT systems. Sorry I have no other solution at the moment, please keep in touch

Unable to use work laptop, and as other gadgets in household being used by kids for school, I'll look up and watch the video later. Glad I checked on here, though also realise I should have tested access prior to the event!
