We are working in partnership with CSSC Sports and Leisure to deliver an online session for civil servants in Wales and the South West of England. Join Scott Thorne from the CSSC for this informative virtual session on their key products and benefits.

During this difficult time, it’s more important than ever that we look after our physical and mental health. Discover a range of great ideas to keep you and your family, active, motivated and having fun. From family days out, trips to the cinema or the thrill of trying something completely new. Explore a wide range of activities to help you lead a healthy and active lifestyle and get great advice and support to help you start your journey.

If you are based in other parts of the UK, please look out on the blog for future dates in other locations.  You can sign up for email alerts from the blog by entering your email address under 'sign up for updates' to the right hand side of this page.

Scotland and Northern Ireland already have sessions running and you can find out more here
