The CS Local North East, Yorkshire and the Humber Culture and Engagement network would like to invite you to join Karen Notaro and Ruth Patel for this online event. Karen and Ruth will take you through how employee experience has evolved in the Ministry of Justice. This will be an interactive session exploring how to create more good days at work.

Having a great experience at work is shown to be not just good for employees, but benefits organisations with innovation, productivity and retentions. So how can we create a positive experience at work for our people?

The event will look at universal themes of a positive employee experience, the importance of connecting people with purpose and their journey through adapting the approach to employee engagement since the pandemic.
