World of Wellbeing - CS Local Scotland

Posted by: , Posted on: - Categories: Scotland

Two hands holding a heart

The newly established Well-Being Network in Scotland sponsored by June Fellowes Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority would like you to join them in increasing your knowledge and understanding of the importance of Wellbeing and the positive impact it has on us and in the workplace.

You will have the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the civil service in Scotland sharing ideas and best practice. There will be a mix of market stalls showcasing different networks and an opportunity to hear from speakers sharing their personal stories.

Our Journey through the World of Wellbeing will give you some Fruit for Thought, Harvest your Health & Happiness, and Binge on Low Carbs & High Energy activities whilst Tuning into Micro-Mindfulness.

There will be an A-Z of Well-being from Team Chaffinch, a Future Leaders Academy Family represented by Koysar Hamid.

By the end of the event you will know what services are available and will be confident to share what you have learnt with your own colleagues helping to make the Civil Service a great place to work.

When: Thursday 14 March 10:00 to 15:30

Where: DWP , Laurieston Jobcentre 159-181 Pollokshaws Rd, Glasgow G41 1PW

Book your place on Eventbrite - using the link here

A very apt day to launch a blog on the importance of wellbeing, looking after yourself and a great opportunity to learn and do more across our CS Local Scotland Community. Thank you Koysar for support, June for sponsoring and Heather for publicising.
