CS Local Scotland are pleased to launch our Connections Strands to give cross-government Shadowing and Mentoring opportunities in Scotland.

Interested? Read the guidance below and once you are sure this is for you and have had a conversation with your line manager about it, contact with details of the opportunity you are interested in.

Additionally, though there are various opportunities to secure mentors, through Departmental schemes, MentorMatch and CS Learning, we have responded to a request to secure some ‘local’ mentors from different Departments to support requests for mentoring in Scotland. So, over the last few weeks we have gathered details of people who are willing to provide mentoring support, and again, whilst we will continue to add to this list we’re launching now to enable us to learn through the early implementation phase.
