Open to all grades but of particular relevance if you're a line manager looking to increase your leadership capabilities and gain valuable skills to improve the performance of your team.
Resilience in the workplace and outside: Wednesday 20 March, 12 noon to 1.30pm, HMPO, Law Society House, Belfast.
A dynamic workshop that will examine what-makes-you-tick and how this can be applied to your workplace to build more effective teams. You'll learn the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and discover ways to end the myth that mind-set cannot be changed. Open to all grades.
