Help to bring the new CS local business plan to life in Falkirk

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to expand your capability?

Are you interested in learning more about Civil Service Local and how you can help us bring our new business plan to life for 2020 - 2022? We are offering a number of opportunities to work with us on a variety of projects in Scotland including the next Future Leaders Academy (AA-EO), Middle Managers Academy ( HEO - SEO) and Civil Service Connect events.  These opportunities will be on secondment with salary, expenses met by the home department.

You will hear from CS Local Scotland and how their new business plan looks and how you could fit into the bigger picture, we have also invited along a few people who have had an opportunity to deliver projects for us.

Come along to this session to learn all about CS Local; what we do, how we can work better together; and, how to get involved. You will be able to meet civil servants from across a range of departments and see what is going on in your area. This is a  great way to build your personal networks and reflect on your skills and attributes and play your part in building the CS Local offer for Scotland.

We need people with a variety of skills including presentation, facilitation and project management skills, all grades are welcome to join us to find out more.

Opportunities that will be available:

  • Up to Executive Officer Grade – Future Leaders Academy Delegate; Project Delivery Team 
  • Higher and Senior Executive Officer Grade – Middle Manager Academy Delegate; Future Leaders Academy Facilitator or Mentor; Project Delivery Team; Project coaches and content delivery
  • Grade 7 and above – Middle Managers Academy Facilitator or Mentor; Project Delivery Team; Content Delivery
