After the success of Changing Horizons in 2018, we’re back with our first event of this year at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens (this Thursday, 7 February) and another at Oldham’s Queen Elizabeth Hall (14 March).
The Civil Service Local North West team are making preparations for the return of Changing Horizons events in Blackpool and Oldham. We need volunteers to help support the events at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on 7th February 2019 and Oldham’s Queen Elizabeth Hall on 14th March 2019.
After the success of the Blackpool event could we do it all over again in Oldham for the inaugural Changing Horizons event in the town?
The answer from all who attended was a resounding yes.
