Middle Managers’ Academy: a speaker’s perspective

The five-day Middle Managers’ Academy (MMA) returned in June at the Wintergardens in Blackpool following a successful 2016 launch when members of Civil Service Local’s steering group identified a gap in training opportunities for HEO and SEO leaders.

Completely out of my comfort zone
