We all start the New Year with good intentions but how many do we keep to. Why not make 2016 the year you make the most of your development days and give something back to your community by volunteering to take part in our Inspiring Young People programme.
We currently have 6 schools across London waiting for you to join one of our project teams.
Two north east schools, Josephine Butler Campus, Ashington, and Walbottle Campus, Newcastle, are looking for civil servants to inspire their young people at careers events in February and March 2016.

Civil Service Local North West held celebration events to thank the volunteers whose hard work and enthusiasm has made the citizen focussed projects so successful. Mandy Morris, from HM Courts and Tribunals Service, took part in the Going Forward project at Hindley Green prison and went to one of the events, where she swapped stories and reminisced about how she had made a difference.
