Inspiring our Young People in Further Education is an exciting new project from Civil Service Local in the North West. We are piloting the project with All Saint’s Catholic High School (Kirkby, Liverpool) Sixth Form students. The programme will join together Civil Servants from five different departments with a group of Year 12 students.
I say it's all Brendan Rodgers' fault - the Liverpool football team manager's unique style made me believe they could win the cup. If that could happen - then anything was possible. So, I applied for the Institute of Learning and Management's Level 5 Apprenticeship Programme. Brendan let me down, the course didn't.

The Government Access Project - known as GAP, recently helped 65 patients as well as staff and carers at Trinity Hospice, Blackpool. Our team of cross-government volunteers are now looking forward to returning to Trinity and other local hospices in 2015 to develop their skills further and continue to support our community.
